Questions
Which banks does it work with?
Any bank or card that exports CSV. It's tested with Lloyds, Monzo, Amex and US card formats, statements with extra header lines, and European number formats. If a file doesn't work, the app tells you which column it couldn't find.
Do you connect to my bank account?
No. You download the statement yourself and the free tool reads it on your device. Nothing is sent to us.
What do you store on a paid plan?
Your email address, and for each audit you save: the tool names, categories, amounts and billing dates. Not the statement, not other transactions, not card numbers.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from "Manage billing" in the app. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. See the refund policy.
Are the savings guaranteed?
No. They're estimates from your statement. You decide what to cancel, and some tools may have notice periods or contracts.
