How to export your files
- Bank statement: in online banking, open the account, choose Statements or Transactions, then Export / Download as CSV.
- Card statement: Amex, Chase and most card sites have Download → CSV on the activity page.
- Microsoft 365: Admin centre → Reports → Usage → Active users → Export.
- Google Workspace: Admin console → Directory → Users → Download users.
- Slack: Admin → Manage members → Export member list.
Savings are estimates. A duplicate counts every tool in that category except the one you keep. Seat savings divide a tool's monthly cost by the users in your usage file, and skip tools you're already cancelling. The last date on your statement counts as today.
